So I’m not sure about wearing them as a fashion accessory; but I do certainly wear them in the winter and in the gym under my short. I do still get a few strange looks bit they are comfortable, lightweight and keep my legs warm, so ideal in an exercise scenario. What would be good is a brand where they look a bit more “sporty” any advice on whether brands like this exist?

Panty hose isreally nice for guys I must admit. There are times where you wouldn’t want to wear trousers but still need that breeze to be felt of your leg. Personally I don’t have a Panty hose at the moment and that is because the last one I got was not quality enough as it was losing tread. I’ll love to get more and have thay freedom from wearing trousers always.
This is definitely a new type of fashion I had no idea was actually practiced by men until after reading this. I guess we all have our reasons why we might want to put these on but I do think pantyhose are more feminine than they are for men.
I do know of some countries where this would look really strange and awkward but I guess in the western world almost anything goes as fashion these days.
I do understand the need for athletes to make use of these but for those that are not athletes to make use of male pantyhose all in the name of fashion shows that the world is definitely not what it used to be.

pantyhose, or tights as they are most commonly called around the world, were originally only for men back in the renaissance era. It was only in the 1920’s and 30’s when cheaper and easier to manufacture nylon when they got relabeled as a ‘women only’ product.
They were literally one of the first truly non gender specific products until the early 20’th century.

Yes I agree with you that the future of panty hose is looking more and more brighter even my hubby has finally given into it and mostly wear it whenever he is on any pair of shorts or if he wants to stay at home. For example they help with weight lifting performance, because you don’t have some baggy shorts moving around on you and getting in the way while you’re trying to do squats. Also, they will help keep your knees warm and that will reduce injury. In general, weightlifters have been using compression sleeves for their knees or ankles oh, so why not use a compression sleeve for the entire leg?
